Mac 10.8.3 Out Now!

Apple has just release 10.8.3 of its Mac OS with plenty of fixes and support for Windows 8 at last! It also fixes that annoying bug with the video output on the latest generation of Mac Mini which Apple have been very silent about. So what more is there to say apart from get updating!

Steam For Linux Out Of Beta

Well Valve have finally removed the beta sticker from Steam for Linux and to celebrate they are having a up to 75% off sale on Linux compatible games. This is great news for the Linux community and I hope that other big company’s will start to see Linux as a viable platform to port games to. I admit I am no fan of the Steam DRM and its kinda anti what Linux and the GNU stand for but its never the less a positive move for gamers!
iOS 6.1 Jailbreak Out!

Well i’ve been waiting along time for this but there is now a jailbrake for all iOS devices on 6.0 – 6.1! Just done my iPhone 5 under OSX and it works a treat! You can find the evasi0n software for Windows, Linux and Mac HERE.

Well now I read that HMV is about to go bump! My heart goes out to all of you who work there. Seems wherever Trevor Moore goes company’s go into administration. The guy should be banned from running a business!
