Quake Live Beta Is GO!
The beta for id Software’s upcoming FPS has started. The game is in affect a remake of of Quake III but totally web based. Most of the old levels and characters will make a comeback in Quake Live with updated graphics and sounds. The game is totally Free To Play and will be supported with in game adverts similar to the ones found in Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. No word on how many when the game will go into full service yet but expect a few month of beta testing.
